Adam Jones
Adam has spent the last 20 years working with affordable housing and designing supportive programs to assist people in life’s most difficult circumstances. Previously, Adam contracted with the U.S. Armed Services designing programs for military dependents and single soldiers around the world. Adam has an MS in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a BA in Communications from Oral Roberts University. Adam has 5 children and resides in Choctaw, Oklahoma.
Tom Jones
Founder/President
Tom has been an innovator and leader in the social service sector for over 40 years. He is the author of the Bridge To Life program-a multi-faceted recovery tool that has helped thousands of people find freedom from the cycle of poverty and addiction.
Tom has been recognized by national social service organizations, foundations and the State of Oklahoma by serving as an appointee to the Governor’s Interagency Council on Homelessness. He’s also a board member for the Dream Center in Los Angeles, California. Tom holds a BS in Family Studies from Southern Nazarene University and an MS in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Tom earned a PhD in Practical Ministry from Heritage University and Seminary.
Tom and his wife Connie have 5 sons and 10 grandchildren. Tom and Connie reside in Choctaw, Oklahoma.
Connie Jones
Co-Founder
Connie has worked in the affordable housing and social programming sector for over 30 years. Connie holds a BS in Family Studies from Southern Nazarene University and an MS in Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
Connie and her husband Tom have 5 sons and 10 grandchildren. Connie and Tom reside in Choctaw, Oklahoma.
Tony Jones
Administrator
Tony has worked in non-profit management for 20 years. He currently serves HHF by coordinating its administrative functions of reporting and finance. Tony holds a BA in Communications from Oral Roberts University. Tony has 2 children and lives in Choctaw, OK
